Volunteer Expectations

What's expected of volunteers at Wellspring?  We're glad you asked. Here are a few simple things to keep in mind as you serve or consider serving at Wellspring Church......

  • Serve Joyfully - Everyone likes to serve with or be served by people that Love the Lord and have a great attitude
  • Be on time - Understand the expectations of when you should arrive when it's your time to serve.
  • Serve with a spirit of Excellence - All of us are serving as unto the Lord.
  • Communicate if a conflict comes up and you can't serve - Things come up. We understand that.  We're just asking that you let your team know when you can't serve and find a backup ahead of time if possible.

Remember that Wellspring has a volunteer roster so you can see other people that serve in your area of ministry. You can also leverage the distribution groups to email everyone at once.
