Who are We?
We are a new church called by God to gather in order to reach people who live in Charlotte, NC. Our church’s name is Wellspring Church. We have come from all parts of the country in order to introduce and establish God’s presence in this community. We have relocated to Charlotte, NC from Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; Bowie, MD; Washington, DC, New York, West Virginia, Cleveland, OH and Mitchellville, MD. We are transplants to the area for God’s glory. We are missionaries on mission to represent Him. We are humbled at the fact that He saw fit to call us. We are called not because of our greatness but because of His grace and mercy.
Sunday gatherings?
We gather on Sundays as an assembly consisting of the partners of Wellspring, the community and guests to allow us to experience the power of belonging to a biblical community. We gather to experience relevant truth, real love, new and authentic relationships, and a good time. Each time we gather on Sundays, we grow in our understanding of God's Word and how it intersects into our daily lives. It's our desire to offer a refreshing perspective on how God can use us to change the world. We are continually growing, averaging over 95 people per Sunday.
Our Dream
We desire to saturate the hearts of thirsty people with God’s truth and love in order to model Christ-like-ness as we connect to one another, God and this community. We want to gather in order to live and reach people like Jesus did. A natural and intentional outcome will be numerical and spiritual growth of the church.
